1. Wanying 2. Hui Ling 3. Morgan 4. Adrina 5. Yi Ling 6. Roxann Changes to the guy's ladder: 1. Kleon 2. Prashant 3. Rashid 4. Calvin 5. Ka Ming 6. Wei Min 7. Zhi Hao 8. Dion 9. Wei Guang Constantly challenge each other to move up the ladder and avoid getting stagnant. Whatever the result, never ever give up on a game because it is extremely disappointing to watch and demoralizes yourself and everyone else. Are you really happy with your performance during the ladder matches? Is there any improvement since you last played? Think what went wrong during your game and how you can move on from there. Generally for the girls, as long as you can hit deep into the court or even hit to the back, you get the point. Don't just hit hard because its no use if the ball lands somewhere in the middle. As long as you hit above the cut line (the front wall's mid red line), you will be able to bring the ball back nicely. Its really easy to improve from here. Remember - good service, good returns and good drives. *Highlighted names means he/she moved up the ladder.

The ladder for the guy's team is out. The girls will be playing their games on Tuesday. 1. Kleon 2. Prashant 3. Calvin 4. Kaming 5. Wei Min 6. Zhi Hao 7. Dion 8. Rashid 9. Wei Guang The ladder is ongoing, meaning that every week there will be changes to it. To 'climb' the ladder, you can only play the person who is 1 or maximum 2 positions above you. E.g. Kaming can only challenge Calvin and Prashant, if he wins Prashant, Kaming will be ranked 2nd, Prashant 3rd and so forth. There must be a referee to witness the match. The whole point of the ladder is to amp up the team's competitiveness. Strive to win each other and stay at the top of the game. You need a goal to work to, so hopefully this can be a starting point for you guys. On another note, there is a NOVICE competition coming, targeted at juniors. Details are not known yet. Those interested pls contact Shavonne or any other senior girls. Note that Prince Open will most likely not take place this year. (sad eh, no more nice big PRINCE across your chest) I see plenty of hope for us this AY so maintain our optimism and fight for achievements. Bring your flyers, petition letter blah blah down on TUESDAY!
