VISITS SINCE 15 OCTOBER 2007
Wednesday, May 06, 2009

The girl's ladder is ready.

1. Wanying
2. Hui Ling
3. Morgan
4. Adrina
5. Yi Ling
6. Roxann

Changes to the guy's ladder:

1. Kleon
2. Prashant
3. Rashid
4. Calvin
5. Ka Ming
6. Wei Min
7. Zhi Hao
8. Dion
9. Wei Guang

Constantly challenge each other to move up the ladder and avoid getting stagnant.
Whatever the result, never ever give up on a game because it is extremely disappointing to watch and demoralizes yourself and everyone else.

Are you really happy with your performance during the ladder matches? Is there any improvement since you last played? Think what went wrong during your game and how you can move on from there.

Generally for the girls, as long as you can hit deep into the court or even hit to the back, you get the point. Don't just hit hard because its no use if the ball lands somewhere in the middle. As long as you hit above the cut line (the front wall's mid red line), you will be able to bring the ball back nicely. Its really easy to improve from here.
Remember - good service, good returns and good drives.

*Highlighted names means he/she moved up the ladder.
