TEMASEK SQUASH TEAM RULES Attendance ·One is considered late if he/she is not:
·One person late: Latecomer does 50 push-ups and mops both courts.
·For every service out: 20 cents to the Squash fund. (as of 4th June 2009) Pay to the Treasurer at the end of the game.

To Senior and Juniors, However, individual graded competition is here. Those who are interested print out the forms, fill in and pay $20. Your category is 'under 19' or if you are 19 and above, your catergory is men/women novice. I need the form and money by Thursday training if not I take it that you're not participating. Individual graded is on 18 to 25 July. Games will be played in the afternoon on Saturday and at night on weekdays. Forms are in your emails.

Zahiri will be taking the main team for training on Mondays after the Asian Youth Games is over. Main team consist of only top 5 players for guys and girls who are able to make it for POL-ITES. This is where the ladder comes in. Ladder match will be on 2nd July, Thursday. Training for the main team would be on Mondays and Thurdays. Those who are not in the main team will train on Tuedays and Thursdays. EVERYONE would have to take over Wednesday training duties on rotation. Freshmen trainings will be on Wednesday and Thursday. Currently, we're testing waters regarding the training days and efficiency, so this might not be the fixed training days. Zahiri has also invited everyone to join us (Ying Hui, Kleon and I) during our Saturday morning exercises at TP's track at 7. We do things like 1.6 km runs, station workouts etc until about 8.30 a.m. It will greatly improve your physical and there will be lots of interesting stories from Z to boot. _______________________________________________ P.S Don't forget that discipline is important. You guys know what happened on Thursday morning, and I don't care if you're year 3 or not, you still have to attend trainings unless you have very valid reasons. Sleeping doesn't count. Elaine

Everyone would be given 2 compulsory trial days to try out for the team. Those who are selected will be called down for the Friday session. The trial is seperate for guys and girls. Girls: Day: Tuesday & Thursday Time: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Venue: Sports Complex, Squash Court Guys: Day: Monday & Wednesday Time: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Venue: Sports Complex, Squash Court Be in your sports attire and wear non-marking shoes (indoor court shoes), if you don't have court shoes, wear your track shoes. Bring your own water bottle and change of shirts. Be prepared to do physical activities. Have an early lunch if possible and try not to eat too much an hour before the trial. You can bring light snacks (sandwiches, fruits) but no chips, rice etc. Punctuality is important. Do not turn up if you are more than 15 mins late.
