Continue with the great work guys! Everybody's timing has improved tremendously and there would bound to be a time when one hits a plateau. Consistency then would be of utmost importance as nobody can run at god speed. A person can only play Squash if one is fit. The idea of playing Squash to keep fit is wrong, so please do not get complacent with your physical trainings. At the current context, you might feel that playing the game does not make you tired or even a hint of breathlessness. However, as everyone progresses, you'll meet better players both within school and outside who will make you run around the court like a mad, breathless chicken. Stay focused and set achievable goals/targets for yourself. (e.g. Running under 10 minutes for the top 5 guys, aiming for 3 consistent forehand drive into the deep corner etc) The sense of achievement and satisfaction you get from attaining them is much more pleasurable than pointlessly play games and doing drills for the sake of doing them. I can't wait to see the team progress together (:
